Shipping Policy

1.  Processing Time​

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates​

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping [3–7 business days] - $12

  • Express Shipping [1–3 business days] - $15

  • Free Shipping (Orders over $100) [3–7 business days] - Free

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as holidays, weather, or courier delays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking​

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

4. Domestic & International Shipping​

  • Domestic: We ship to all addresses within Australia.

  • International shipping is not available; however, our products are offered through authorised distributors in select countries.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and other fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Issues​

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged:

  • Contact us at marketing@tolife.com.au with your order number and issue description.

  • We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information​

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for reshipment or refunds.

7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery​

If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or failed delivery attempts:

  • We will contact you for further instructions.

  • Re-shipping fees may apply.
