Identifying fake V-Comb technology & listings

At V-Comb, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. We are aware of counterfeit V-Comb products being sold online and in some retail markets. These imitation products not only violate our brand but may also pose health and safety risks due to poor manufacturing standards.

We strongly advise all customers to purchase only from authorised sellers to ensure they are receiving a genuine, high-quality V-Comb device.

The Dangers

1. Lack proper filtration & suction performance

2. Use substandard materials that can break or overheat

3. Fail to meet quality & safety regulations

4. Offer no warranty, support or replacement coverage

How to identify a counterfeit V-Comb?

To make sure you're purchasing an authentic V-Comb, always check for the following:

  1. Branding: Genuine devices feature clear V-Comb logo. Counterfeits often: omit the brand name, mispell "V-Comb" or use low-resolution logos.

  2. Pricing: If the pricing is too good to be true, then it's almost certainly a counterfeit.

  3. Pets: Any listing claming that the device can be used for pets is definitely a counterfeit as V-Combs cannot be used for pets.

  4. Authorised Seller Verification: Buy only from trusted sources or from our official store.
